The wines

Château de la Haute Cassagne wines are composed of :
  • Syrah for the flowers and fruit flavor,
  • Grenache that gives fulness and power,
  • adding old Carignan for the beautiful structure.
Our wines are fruity and limber, in balance, wid and full taste.
Drink them young and fresh, they are very tasteful.
Our production is splitted up into 4 A.O.C. vintages (cuvées) :

Our vintages "A.O.C. Red, White and Rosé" and our "Pays d'OC - South of France" appellation are availables in five liters "Bag In Box".
