About us

Le Château de la Haute Cassagne and Le Château de la Pinède are two domaines of 150 hectares, that belong to Christian Ajasse :
  • a man who was born in a wine growers family
  • a vineyard located in Costières de Nîmes terroir since 1928.

 
Assisted by his son Maxime, the vineyard is runned by "mains de Maître" :
  • from these men, built of wine makers tradition, with ancestral savoir-faire,
  • transmitted generations in generations.
At each step of wine producing of our wines, a oenologist permanently ensure the constancy of quality for the whole of the production.

In here, Patrimony, Traditions and Nature respect values are running the life of these men.
